As the Relevant Building Surveyor:

• A complete assessment of the application to confirm compliance with the Building Act, Building Regulations, Building Code
  and relevant Australian Standards.

• Notify the applicant of non-compliances and request further information where required.

• Issuance of Building Permit.

• Undertake mandatory inspections as listed on the Building Permit.

• Occupancy Permit or Final Certificate issuance.

• Preparing performance solutions. 

• Building Appeals Board modification applications.
